"1-No Excuses: Everyone Can Exercise

The idea that you don’t have the energy to exercise is a myth. No matter your circumstances, you can find a way to move your body. Whether it’s walking to the refrigerator or taking a stroll around the block, the key is to start. Even my dad, who struggled with his health, found the energy to exercise once he improved his diet. If a 80 year old women can do yoga, so can you. It’s not about doing something extreme. Just get moving and watch how your energy and life change.

2-Stop Making Excuses and Start Moving

Saying you don’t have the energy to exercise is just an excuse. If you can walk to the fridge, you can find a way to move your body. My dad transformed his energy levels by changing his diet and committing to exercise. The truth is, you don’t need to wait until you feel great to start. You just need to start. Even simple activities can make a huge difference, and if elderly women can do yoga, there’s no reason you can’t get active too.

3-Exercise is Non-Negotiable: Just Start

Everyone has the energy to exercise; it’s just about making the decision to move. My dad’s journey showed that once he cleaned up his diet, exercise became easier, but he could have started sooner. Whether you’re young, old, fit, or out of shape, there’s always a way to get moving. It’s not about doing something extraordinary. It’s about refusing to make excuses. If you can walk, you can exercise, and that’s all it takes to start changing your life."
