Kombucha is an ancient, fermented beverage made with green and black tea, sugar, bacteria and yeast.
Some people say this is a good alternative to soda.
WRONG. the soda brand Ollipop is a great alternative to the poisons in major brand sodas.
Kombucha is more of a health drink.
It helps the gut and the digestion and by that action, it helps you.
And once you start down the road of drinking Kombucha, the brands and options are numerous.
The product here is from the company HealthAid, who sells their product in the produce shelves of Walmart. Right next to where Oillipop sells their great sodas.
I am very happy that this company is not trying to rob their customers because if the price skyrockets, I can pass.
But as it is, this is a great product, lovingly packaged and priced just right.
Just be aware, this drink has a pronounced vinegar taste and if you are averse to vinegar, you probably won't like this.
But it's definitely a winner.
