❗️ Please do not listen to this whilst operating heavy machinery, or doing something that requires your full attention, like driving, child-minding, or pet-sitting.
Ensure you will not be disturbed, and that you are comfortably in bed, listening at a low volume. 🔉 Earphones are not required. Mute phone alerts and darken your device screen. 📱

For best results, do not actively try to be creative or visualise, but instead allow your subconscious to guide you while you just enjoy the experience.
❗️ All of us connect more to one or two of our senses than the others, so it is perfectly normal to "feel" something, rather than "seeing" it in your mind's eye, for example.

If you would like to achieve such powerful and long lasting results, then let go of new thoughts popping into your mind during a session, and always try to get back to the story, as much as possible. You want to FOCUS on the experience, while RELAXING the rest of your mind and body, as much as possible. Of course, the more times you do this, the greater the results will be.

This session is an example of a metaphor script, i.e, your conscious mind is kept "busy" by just listening to a cozy bedtime🌙story, while your subconscious mind is picking up on the more subtle cues that inspire change. ✨ This particular session has been created in a way that you may choose different things to draw into your lifestyle, for every time that you listen. So after a few listens, it could be good idea to, during the session, to ask your subconscious mind what else it can come up with, that will be in your benefit. 🎁
