Boeing Starliner fills ISS with spooky noises
Boeing are having a bad time of late. Their planes are falling apart in the sky, their first spaceship got trapped beyond the sky, and now, that spaceship appears to be haunted. Astronauts aboard the International Space Station were forced to contact Mission Control when the Boeing Starliner began emitting some very odd sounds over its speakers.
Astronaut Butch Wilmore, rather than grabbing the nearest flamethrower, ventured into the Starliner capsule to record the strange phenomenon for posterity. The ‘sonar-like’ noises coming from the comms system are not only eerie in their own right, but also eerie because those comms systems shouldn’t be independently active after docking. There is currently no explanation for the noises, although it has been speculated that it could be crosstalk from another system. Or space ghosts, no one has ruled out space ghosts.
