2022-05-04: Legal and Ethical Aspects of Filming Emergency Incidents

As the car crash scene was being cleared up, I approached two police officers. They had seen me filming and did not seem to mind. One of them was a sergeant who I had briefly spoken to earlier on. I decided to ask them some questions on the legal and ethical aspects of filming emergency incidents in public.

I was wearing a bodycam, as were the police officers and we were in public. Subtitles have been added for clarity due to the background noise.
