The unbiblical "Sinner's Prayer" was invented by the three Billy's: Billy Sunday (1930s), Billy Graham (1950s) and Bill Bright ( 1970s). No one got or gets "saved" praying that or any other prayer! God doesn't even hear a sinner's prayers (Jn 9:31)!
