15min tomato-chickpeas 😋

This lunch was made in 15mins even though I was filming! 😎
RECIPE (1 serving, 15min prep time):
-1 onion, sliced
-150g cherry tomatoes, halved
Sauté in oil
-1 Tsp paprika
-1 Tsp cumin
-1/2 ground coriander
-2 Tsp tomato paste
-1/2 can (100g) cooked chickpeas
Stir on medium heat until the tomatoes soften.
-squeeze of lemon
-a pinch of sugar or date syrup
-salt to taste
Stir it in and let it cook 3-5mins.
Serve on garlic yogurt with bread.
