Inflammation Shot Recipe:
4 Lemons
4 Oranges
4 Grapefruits
Squeeze the juice from these fruits and pour into a blender.

5 oz fresh ginger root
5 oz fresh turmeric root
Peel these roots and chop into chunks.
Put chunks into the blender with the fresh juice.
Blend on medium speed.
Pour mixture through a small strainer and press the juice out into a quart jar.
Throw the bulk/roughage away.
Once juice is pressed, add water to fill up your quart jar to the top.
Drink 1-2 oz per day and keep in the fridge until gone.
Don't keep longer than 10 days or so.
