Medical Misinformation: The New Censorship Tool for Digital and Medical Imperialism.

A few months ago, YouTube deleted one of our videos where we mentioned that some vaccines contain cell lines from aborted fetuses. We did another video stating clearly the source of our information, that is, from the FDA website and some other websites and they removed that video too. They accused us of spreading medical misinformation.
Question: Who really runs the social media platforms? Is social media really about the social engagement of the people or just another tool for people manipulation and oppression? When did social media become medical institutions?
