OIS of man holding woman at knifepoint in Indianapolis

Out of Indianapolis. A man crashed his truck into a business, shot his wife in the hand, fled and hold another woman at knife point.

This guy had an active warrant out for his arrest for some heinous crap that he should have been in Jail for.
