On Sunday February 18th 2024, at approximately 5:36pm North Olmsted, OH officer Ricky Juergens observed 2003 PT Cruiser turn from Great Northern Blvd into Great Northern Mall at the Harry Buffalo entrance no visible license plate and one functional brake light.
