Matt Hussey's Cheesesteak Tortellini | Blackstone Griddles
Matt Hussey is making a mouthwatering Cheesesteak Tortellini, packed with peppers, onions, and Blackstone Steakhouse seasoning. Watch as he combines these ingredients with a cheesy, creamy finish that's sure to impress!

Ingredients
1 yellow onion
1 green bell pepper
1 tbsp. olive or avocado oil
1 package cheese tortellini
¼ cup water
1.5 lbs. shaved ribeye
2 tsp. Blackstone Steakhouse Seasoning
1 8oz bag mozzarella and provolone cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Green onion tops for garnish
Additional 2-3 tbsp. avocado or olive oil
Directions
1. Slice the onion into half-moon slices and the pepper into thin strips.
2. Preheat the Blackstone griddle on low. Add 1-2 tsp. of oil and the sliced onion and pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring every minute.
3. Add the tortellini to the griddle with 1 tsp. of oil and the water. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
4. Increase the griddle temperature to high. Once very hot, add the shaved steak and cook for 1 minute on one side. Season with Blackstone Steakhouse Seasoning, then shred the steak.
5. Mix all ingredients on the griddle. Add the cheese and heavy whipping cream. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
6. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
7. Garnish with green onion tops.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
