10 Min "Get Balanced" Workout #2: Tree Pose, Triceps, Skaters

Hello Team! We have another "Get Balanced" style workout. Like all our videos it's 10 minutes long and this one focuses on core stabilization , injury prevention and and muscle development.

We have 3 rounds of Weighted Tree Pose, Triceps, and Skaters each getting more challenging as it progresses. There is 45 seconds of active recovery between rounds and a 45 second core finisher! We have modifications for each exercise and if a rounds exercise is too challenging go back to the previous version.

All you need is a mat and 2 dumbbells (5-15+ lbs.).
