Mirrors makes a lot of sense as a title for this one after listening to it as it is repeated many times during the song that he couldn’t stand to look at himself in the mirror. Whether it is drugs, alcohol, or food, chasing mental health problems with substances and addictions doesn’t end well.
Find a good group of friends, hit the gym, get close with your family. Do something positive before negative options become too appealing!
