If you have never heard of Fire Cider (or even if you have) you have to try this recipe to help you fight cold and flu season. Take a little bit every day to help decrease chance of sickness or wait until you start feeling symptoms and take a shot to ward off your sickness quickly!

All the ingredients have anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidants!

Recipe I use: (per jar)
Apple Cider Vinegar to fill the jar after the ingredients
1/2 Cup Horseradish Root
1/2 Cup Turmeric Root
1/2 Cup Ginger Root
1/2 Cup Red Onion
1-2 Jalepeno Peppers each jar
1-2 Cayenne peppers (or powder if you don't have the peppers)
1-2 BULBS of Garlic
Shaved lemon peel and the juice from one lemon
Optional herbs: Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, Parsley
Other optional items: Cinnamon stick, Allspice, Cloves
Raw honey to add after the fermentation
