THREE ways to use your GARLIC SCAPES | My littlest sidekick is helping me

Here are three ways to you can use your garlic scapes - Garlic Scape Powder, Garlic Scape Pesto, and chop them up for garnish instead of using scallions or chives.

Pesto Recipe:
10 Garlic scapes
1/3 cup pine nuts
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 Tbs lemon juice or 1/2 a fresh lemon
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
