So sad I almost cried in the forest escape homestead. The first beuaitufl sunflower in my life followed the sun for days, but its head got so big and heavy for its thin stem that disaster struck. Making the most of it, admiring the growth and letting bees have the pollen. Amaxing center of the sunflower keeps changing over each day. Messing up the kitchen and stove, canning many tomatoes for hours and getting six quart jars of finished tomato sauce for the winter meals!
