Forest Escape Homestead Canning Tomato Pasta Sauce and Squirrel Prepares for Winter Invasion

Indoors at the forest escape homestead we are canning and preparing for winter meals. Homemade pasta sauce smells delicious! We purchased tomatoes from a produce auction, and I also bought from the local farmer's market. There was no spoilage at the farmer's market. Canning pasta sauce is easy, but very messy! Outdoors, the squirrels are running around at high speed getting ready for winter. They plan a winter invasion of the cabin in the forest. The battle is on with the dreaded squirrel!
