Drunk Driver In An SUV Nearly Kills A Bunch Of Golfers On The Pitch

Posted • August 31, 2024: Suspect arrested after ramming their Ford Bronco into a golf cart at Deerfield Golf Club in Delaware. A golfer could be seen flying from the cart after it got struck by the Bronco. Delaware police were able to find the suspect and take them into custody. According to a news release, the suspect “made statements which required his transport to a hospital for evaluation” while in custody. The suspect was charged with DUI, reckless endanger first degree creates a substantial risk of de*th to another (felony), fleeing the scene and other charges. It’s unclear what caused the incident.
