Fourth grader Eric Cartman and his counterpart from Universe 216-B swap places, leading to an encounter with Kathleen Kennedy. They discover that their existence is intertwined due to a malfunctioning AI called the Panderstone, which led to Kennedy's replacement in Cartman's universe. Meanwhile, back in Cartman's universe, Randy Marsh faces a dilemma as a shortage of repairmen plagues the town. Disney's Bob Iger and his team step in to address the situation, utilizing the Panderstone to restore order and return everyone to their respective universes.

As Cartman and his counterpart come to terms with their intertwined destinies, they acknowledge their roles in creating each other's realities and offer mutual apologies. Simultaneously, Iger and his advisers realize the switch between the two Kennedys and collaborate with Randy and his neighbors in South Park to resolve the crisis. Using the broken oven as a makeshift portal, they send the adult black female counterpart back to her universe while bringing dozens of handymen to alleviate the repair dilemma in South Park.

With order restored, Cartman and his Kennedy return home, where she announces a shift towards original content at Disney, free from pandering. The Cartman-like Kathleen Kennedy is also returned to her own universe, concluding the adventure with lessons learned about the consequences of manipulation and the importance of authenticity in creative endeavors.
