Sheriff Bill's coma has ended and the elusive "Tony Pepitone"-file has finally been located! Today, the Cabeza Policia are taking no prisoners... and they have a whole new way of looking at things...

As the old saying goes, "Fresh eyes, fresh file." (Whatever that means.)

Sheriff Bill comes to terms with the fact that his life will forever be changed by his struggle with angry, mutinous kidneys; Cumbot deals effectively with an aggressive pimp named Ranjit; Space-Byron asserts himself in the face of a free press and a growing mob; Emory Bunny takes the lead on an important investigation, and also demonstrates that he does in fact possess a valid driver's license; Dr. Pukebert concedes that modern medicine isn't always an easy cure-all; Filmmaker Froobius struggles to find his place in Martian social circles; Moochie indulges in some typical water cooler talk; Secret agent Kenny Capriccio somehow "emerges" from a prostitute named Tammy... Wow!
