Secret Service was notified about someone on the roof 2 minutes before Thomas Crooks opened fire at Donald Trump and others. In response they turned their south facing sniper team to the north where the shooter was, yet they left Trump on stage in harm’s way. Despite this, acting Director Ronald Rowe testified under oath that they never received this information.
