Ripley Returning To Alien For Romulus Sequel? - Don't Do It!

Sigourney Weaver recently spoke about the Alien franchise at the possibility of returning as her iconic character, Ripley. With the success of Alien: Romulus, it would make sense for the studio to once again eye up a Ripley return. Movies like Star Wars, Jurassic Word, Halloween and Scream have all had successful legacy character returns. Financial, it makes sense. From a story and quality standpoint, that's another story.
