Yemen’s Houthi rebels have released new video purporting to show the terror group’s fighters boarding and booby-trapping a Greek-flagged oil tanker in the Red Sea.

The footage shows the vessel Sounion, which was abandoned by its crew after the Houthis repeatedly attacked the tanker.

In the video, the Iran-backed terror group can be heard chanting, “Death to America. Death to Israel. Curse the Jews,” among other comments.

The tanker carried about one-million barrels of oil when the terrorist group initially attacked on Aug. 21 with small arms fire, projectiles and a drone boat.

A French destroyer was able to rescue the Sounion’s crew, which included 25 people from the Philippines and Russia, along with four private security personnel.

Mohammed al-Basha, senior Middle East analyst at Navanti Group joined LiveNOW from FOX’s Josh Breslow to discuss the latest developments.
