CHUTNEYS
1) Reddish Orange/Walnut chutney:
Contains hung curd (1/2 cup), crushed soaked walnuts (handful), zeera (a pinch), chilli powder (1/2 tsp) and salt.

2) Green/Coriander-mint Chutney
Contains hung curd (1/2 cup), mint, coriander (handful), green chilli (2), salt .

3) Yellow/ Raddish-zeera Chutney
Contains hung curd (1 cup), Grated white raddish, squeezed ( 1/4th cup), zeera (1/2 tsp), finely chopped green chilli (1/2 tsp)turmeric (a pinch), salt.

4) White/Raddish-mint Chutney
Contains hung curd (1 cup), Grated white raddish, squeezed ( 1/4th cup), dried mint (1/2 tsp), salt.

5) Pink/Smoked Beetroot Chutney
Contains hung curd (1 cup), smoked beetroot, grated and squeezed, (1/4th cup), honey 1 tsp, salt.

6) Gandeè Chetin/Piyaz-Sirka Chutney
Contains thinly sliced onions (1/2 cup), vinegar (1/4 th cup), red chilli powder (1tbsp), salt and zeera. Mix all the ingredients and let it sit for atleast 2 hours (covered).
