Found the old Neoblood Gouki version, if anyone wants it. We have Old Neoblood Gouki vs. New Neoblood Gouki, both by Ninja_Naruto aka K.O.D. There is also Neoblood Akuma, a renamed of the New ver. done by Unknown, so I'll include that in the downloads below also.
