Class 20: Probability Is Not Limiting Relative Frequency
Lesson 20: Probability Is NOT Limiting Relative Frequency
Some say probability of some observable event A is defined as the limit as n goes to INFINITY of n(A)/n. But this means we must always wait an infinite time to know any probability. Even weirder, any finite sequence we observe may have any and completely different than the limit. People claim they're frequentists, but nobody sticks to it.
