A killer who stole a man's mobility scooter, dragged him along the ground then left him to die in freezing temperatures has been jailed.

Kimberley Ann Hawkins, 41, was captured on chilling CCTV stealing the motorised vehicle from 63-year-old Neil Shadwick in a Tesco car park.
