Carter Lashaul is seen getting slapped and forced to lick shoes while walking home from school. "Get down on the floor and lick that s***," one of the bullies said. The boy's grandmother Bobbie Moorehead says he is now afraid to walk home from school. The teens, ages 14 and 15, have since been arrested. They were arrested for assault, false imprisonment, and conspiracy according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
