Mind Diarrhoea: Accidents will happen (The Mike Lynch Affair)

After the yacht, 'The Bayesian', owned by British billionaire Mike Lynch sank off the coast of Italy, killing Lynch, his attorney Christoper Morvillo and his wife, along with Jonathan Bloomer (CEO of Morgan-Stanley Europe) and his wife, under very strange circumstances and the death of Lynch's business partner, Stephen Chamberlain, 2 days prior, could there be something fishy going on here?
Not only that, but could there be a connection between these 2 events and a plane crash outside of Sao Paulo Brazil, that killed 8 prominent Oncologists on their way to a conference, with a mysterious unknown passenger 11 days prior to that yacht sinking?
Maybe?
