Chino police rush to find Target thief, find fentanyl in the car

A man was caught on camera stealing a cart with over $1,500 worth of merchandise from a Target in Chino.
A nearby officer was quickly alerted about the theft by loss prevention. He found him near the 60 Freeway and took the man into custody. They also found fentanyl in the car.
