In May 1990, Christopher Dunn, then 18 years old, was arrested and charged with first-degree un-aliving, two counts of assault, and three counts of armed criminal action. He went to trial in July 1991 and the jury deliberated for 42 minutes before convicting Dunn and sentencing him to life in prison. He has maintained his innocence for the last 34 years. After several appeals being denied, he finally gets a hearing to vacate his conviction and be set free. Follow us as we watch his hearing and see if you think an innocent man was wrongfully convicted or if the jury got it right.
