Foley: "Medical advice" on transgender transitions for under-16s needed

Education Minister Norma Foley says that further "medical advice" is needed before it can be said whether a child under 16-years-old should be able to change their gender and go on hormone blocker. She added: "I don't have a medical expertise here."
