10 - year restoration on this aged modified bitumen roll roof. Used Uniflex 44 High Solids Silicone and one flash mastic. Core samples and moisture scan performed prior to project. Some mod-bit replacement and prep work were performed prior to system installation. All seams were lapped prior to field coat.
