How they’re raised

There certainly are many different kinds of men, there’s a very large difference between those of California and Texas. It’s most definitely in how they’re raised and in the idea taught of what a man should be and the ideal state of the world. A big city isn’t really a place to raise a kid, they fall over it’s on concrete more likely than not, in suburbs or somewhere rural more likely it’ll be grass, there’s certainly concrete to be found but the more rural the more grass there is and humans have been falling over in grass since before we could be called humans.

The humor here is in pointing out the difference and the weakness put in place by modern liberals trying to raise a kid nowadays.
