SpaceX has delayed the launch of its Polaris Dawn mission, which aims to send four private citizens to space, due to unfavorable weather off the coast of Florida.

The mission, led by billionaire Jared Isaacman, was scheduled for an early Wednesday launch but was postponed to ensure safe reentry conditions, as the capsule won’t be docking at the International Space Station.

A backup launch window on Thursday was also scrapped due to the forecast.

The Polaris Dawn mission is notable for planning the first all-civilian spacewalk and for reaching the highest orbital altitude since the Apollo moon missions, NBC News has reported.
