Hundreds of homeless gather in one alley near Alvarado Street (Los Angeles)to smoke crack and shoot up. THIS IS JUST ONE ALLEY!! My whole city--the whole state-- has become like this hell on earth!
I was just stunned by what I saw! While I was videoing this clip, I became sick and actually threw up on the sidewalk just from the stench of feces and urine that is noticeable from 3 blocks away.
