Color me skeptical if I don’t believe everything the FBI said on this phone call

Color me skeptical if I don’t believe everything the FBI said on this phone call- investigators say some of the accounts of the shooter were encrypted but the encryption wasn’t anything more standard than an email service- so why haven’t they been able to get in?
