When God Calls Us to the Impossible

What would be the most difficult and devastating thing for God to call you to do for His purpose and His glory? Ezekiel knew the answer to this question first hand when God told him He was going to kill his wife to serve as a living example to the people of Judah. Why would God do this? What was the point of it? Could He ask the same of us today?
