We are eating at the famous A Putia do Calabrisi Restaurante in Catania, Sicily. It’s a place we nicknamed The Mafia Restaurant and it is just electric! People are waiting outside to get in and they keep on coming! Santina, her sister Giovanna, her Father Ameda all run the front end. Mama is in the kitchen cooking. No menu, no reservations. You come, and you eat what Mama has cooked for the day – Just like home! It’s So. Sicilian.
