Britain's Starmer pledges to improve UK-EU ties on Berlin visit

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz agreed in talks in Berlin on Wednesday (August 28) to work on a treaty covering issues from defense to trade that would be part of a reset of British relations with the European Union.
