S'mores No-Bake Cookies are a delightful twist on the classic campfire treat, combining the flavors of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers in an easy, no-bake format. Here’s how to make them:

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
1/2 cup of milk
1 3/4 cups of granulated sugar
1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter (optional, for extra richness)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 cups of quick oats
1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows
1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional, for extra chocolatey goodness)
Instructions:
Prepare the Cookie Base:

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring frequently.
Once it reaches a full boil, allow it to cook for 1 minute while stirring constantly.
Add the Peanut Butter and Vanilla:

Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the peanut butter (if using) and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
