Ukraine’s top general admits Kursk incursion failed to reach intended goals

Kiev's invasion of Russia's Kursk Region was supposed to stop Moscow's advance on the battlefield in Donbass. That's the admission from Ukraine's top military commander Aleksandr Syrsky, who says the results have so far fallen short.
