MEGA VLOG 720: "VOLT PRO" - what we know so far.. (bad chargers??)

after much screwing around and setting things up, we FINALLY have some charging data for permobil's volt pro charger! and it seems to LOVE blasting batteries at over 30 volts!
should you flip the compatibility switch? well.. maybe... there's a lot of info to unpack here!
