France Arrest's Russian Billionaire Telegram Founder Pavel Durov - Information Warfare

France has arrested Pavel Durov the founder of the Influential Messaging app Telegram, one of the few apps not under the control of the western propaganda machine. France claims the arrest is due to concerns of content moderation, but the reason is they believe Telegram is used by the Russian government and only the west should be able to manipulate social media platforms for their own means.
