From the Greek writers Xenophon and Aristotle to Jesus and Paul - translated from Koine Greek to Aramaic to Attic Greek to Latin to German to English and beyond...Jesus is still giving us lessons as He sits high and lofty on His throne, eagerly awaiting the emergence of His church.

Xenophon wrote the story of the 10 thousand led by Cyrus the younger against Artaxerxes - Biblical names and figures we should be well aware of from Nehemiah, Ezra and more. He wrote of horses that were tested and pushed to experience hardship, where the weaker vessels were put to mundane work and the best remaining horses were put to battle.
