Equestrian Arena Lockout Update

Just sharing some of the escapades of still trying to
get the public park arena opened back up to the public
instead of allowing a Private Club to lock out the
local horse community. This is in Chula Vista CA.
and the local horses owning community has been
locked out for about 500+ days (access interrupted)
