How a new snare could help save Taiwan's Formosan black bear

Old fashioned hunting tools, such as steel snares, are contributing to the endangerment of Taiwan's Formosan black bear. The traps tighten to the point of amputation, causing bears in the wild to suffer from major paw and limb injuries. Now, conservationists and hunters are joining forces to help save the bears by distributing a modern snare that's designed to only trap small prey. Kristy Kilburn has more.
