Seventh grader talks about what he saw when teacher tackled the shooter

A teacher and female student were shot by another student at Noblesville West Middle School early Friday morning. Police later confirmed that the suspect, whose name is being withheld because he is a juvenile, was arrested in connection with the shooting.
