In the northern Mexican state of Chihuahua, residents and farmers have anxiously awaited storm clouds on the horizon to bring much-needed rain for dried-out dams, wells and lagoons. The area has a dry or semi-dry climate at the best of times, but has faced unusually low levels of rain in recent years. Arrthy Thayaparan has more.
